¿Cuándo fue? support

Last updated: 15 October 2026 · Version 1.0

Something not working, or have an idea? Write to me at spinolabss@gmail.com and I’ll reply as soon as possible.

To help you faster, include your phone model, Android version and app version (you can see it in Android Settings → Apps → ¿Cuándo fue?).

Frequently asked questions

How do the plants work?

Every task is a plant. When you do it, you water it. Over time, the app learns how often you usually do it (or uses the interval you set) and the plant gets thirstier as the moment approaches. If too much time goes by, it wilts; watering brings it back.

How do I mark a task as done?

Tap the plant in the garden to water it, or use Done from the home screen widget. Only one watering per task per day counts. If you forgot to log it, you can add one with another date from the task’s page.

I watered the wrong plant. Can I change it?

Yes. Open the task, tap the entry in the history and change it or tap Delete entry.

I’m not getting reminders

  1. Check that reminders are on in Settings → Reminders on this phone, and that the task has a reminder.
  2. Check that ¿Cuándo fue? notifications are allowed in Android Settings → Apps → ¿Cuándo fue? → Notifications.
  3. If your phone restricts apps’ battery use, set ¿Cuándo fue? to Unrestricted.

Reminders belong to each phone: in a shared household, everyone decides whether their phone alerts them and at what time.

How do I share the garden with my household?

Go to Household → Invite someone and send the link. The other person opens it (or types the 6-letter code in Household) and joins the same garden. To share, both of you need to link a Google account. Each invitation works once and expires after 48 hours.

I’m already in a household and got invited to another

You can only share one household at a time. Leave the current one in Household → Leave this household and open the invitation again: it’s still valid until it expires.

I’m changing phones. Will I lose my garden?

Not if you link it to Google first in Settings → Continue with Google. On the new phone, sign in with the same account and you’ll have everything. If you don’t link it, use Export backup and then Import backup on the new phone.

I signed in with Google and already had another garden on that account

The app lets you choose which one to keep: the one on this phone (copied to your Google account) or the one you already had on Google. The other one is discarded.

Does it work offline?

Yes. You can water, create and edit tasks without Internet; everything syncs once you’re back online. Only inviting, joining a household, linking Google and deleting your account need a connection.

How do I delete my account?

From Settings → Delete account and data. We explain it step by step in Delete your account and data.

What data does the app collect?

Only what’s needed to store and share your garden, with no analytics or ads. It’s all explained in the privacy policy.
