This policy explains what data the Matatareas application (“the app”) handles and what rights you have. In short: the app does not collect, send or share any personal data. If you have any questions, write to spinolabss@gmail.com.
Controller
- Owner: Sergio Asenjo Alcalde
- Contact email: spinolabss@gmail.com
Data we collect
None. The app has no user accounts, servers, analytics, advertising or third-party SDKs that send information, and it has no Internet access permission: it cannot send data off your device.
Data stored on your device
To work, the app stores in a local database on your phone:
- The title of each task you create, its deadline and, if you complete it, when you did.
- The nickname the app generates for each task.
This data never leaves the device and we have no access to it. You can delete a task at any time from the app, and all data is removed when you uninstall it or clear its storage from Android settings.
If you have Android backup turned on, the system may include the app’s data in your Google account backup. That backup is managed by Google according to your settings, not by us.
Permissions
- Notifications: to warn you when a task is running out of time and when it expires.
- Exact alarms: so those alerts arrive right on time. If you don’t grant it, alerts may arrive somewhat late.
- Run at startup: to reschedule alerts after you restart your phone.
None of these permissions gives access to your personal data.
Sharing the daily summary
If you tap Compartir (Share) on the summary, the app creates an image and opens Android’s share menu. Only what you choose is sent, to the app you choose, and that sending is governed by that app’s privacy policy.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Since we don’t process any of your personal data, we have no data to give you, correct or delete: everything is on your device and under your control. Even so, you can write to spinolabss@gmail.com with any question, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
If you email us, we will use your address only to reply and will keep it for as long as the conversation lasts.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app changes anything explained here, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date before releasing it.
